CSEP is very excited to announce, in partnership with the Wilberforce Society, the very first session of Forums, our brand new event format.

Forums are designed to greater involve people in current debates happening in economics, providing a relaxed format to exchange ideas and discuss policy approaches to solve some of our most pressing issues.

Our first event, Wednesday November 9, 16:30 at Keynes Hall at King’s College will be titled “Understanding the UK Economy.” We will have small primers and then, in small groups, open the debate to the floor across 5 panels: 1. Inflation + cost of living, 2 inequality, 3 shrinking manufacturing base, 4 trade partnerships (focusing on energy and Brexit).
